VISIONING
what do we want to achieve?
Great organisations have a strong sense of purpose.
Drawing on our Performance
Improvement Model (PIM) and using techniques like Scenario
Planning we then help you map out a clear and powerful vision
of the future.
In addition, we guide you in identifying the main driving forces
and restraining forces for achieving the vision.
We use questionnaires, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions
and facilitate ‘Strategic Conversations’ involving
a cross section of people in the oganisation to help unlock
fresh perspectives for the future.
An important aim of the Visioning process is to question and
reframe existing mental models and beliefs.
Our focus is on first clarifying and then aligning individual
and organisational values and expressing these in simple behavioural
language.
